Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Starting your treatment on time allows you the full relaxing experience you deserve. Your welcome forms, spa water or wellness tea will be waiting for you when you arrive. After your Heavens Touch experience, enjoy our signature tea and drink plenty of water.

Cancellations

In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of a treatments. All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to bill the full amount for any missed appointments, for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed half the treatment amount. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with Heavens Touch.
